Uninsured Services Fees

Did you know that many services fall outside of the OHIP payment program? These are considered Uninsured Services and include sick notes, insurance forms, work forms, certain injections, attending physician statements, etc. You can easily pay for these by credit card in clinic or via eTransfer.
