Dr. Carolina Gimeno Marin is transitioning her family practice to Westgrove Medical!

 

She is working hard to ensure a smooth transition and appreciates your understanding during this time of change. 

 

New practice location: Westgrove Medical 

Address: 4740 Dundas St. West, Toronto

Start date: May 1, 2026

 

For patients who have signed up to remain with Dr. Gimeno Marin and continue their care at Westgrove Medical, an email with next steps was sent on April 26th.

 

If you have requested children/family members to join Dr. Gimeno Marin's practice, all requests are being reviewed and you will be notified if space permits. Everyone is welcome to add their name to our clinic waitlist on the main page.
